Hello! Whenever I try to log into Horizon Life on PC it will sit at “Finding Horizon Life session” forever, and won’t give me an error code. I have tried switching on my firewall, and it will connect normally on my Xbox One, but no matter what setting I play with it refuses to connect on my PC.

VERY common issue people not being able to get online on PC (myself included) So far I Havent found a fix…a lot of people need help
I’m amazed we haven’t received more info on this issue tbh. Especially considering “online shared world” is probably the second largest selling point to this game besides seasons.

Same problem here. Yesterday it worked.

Edit: fixed it by troubleshooting teredo Xbox Support
I fixed it!!
Go to the Xbox App, then go to settings, then to the network settings. Check your connection. If it says blocked, do this
- Click Start , type services.msc in Start search box and hit Enter.
- Right-click the Peer Networking Grouping service and select Properties .
- Check if the service is started; if not, right-click and select Start .
- You may also set the Startup type to Automatic under Properties .
- Click OK .
and restart the computer. if that dosent work. do this to.
. Run command Prompt as administrator - Type “netsh” and press enter
- Type “int teredo” and press enter
- Type “set state disabled” and press enter
- Type “int ipv6” and press enter
- Type “set teredo client” and press enter
After this check your connection again and it should not say blocked anymore!
