Cannot conenct to Horizon Life

Hello everyone!
I just bought FH4 a couple of days ago and I want to play online with my friends. But every time I try to connect to “Horizon Life” it shows an error:

I tried to google it and search for a solution but I can’t find one. I testet the network connection with the XBox App and got this result:

And now I don’t know what to do. I tried to fix the problem with Teredo but that didn’t help in any way.

I have the same problem, i cannot connect to online freeroam or horizon life, it keeps looking for matchmaking but it never finds anything… 3 days trying to connect to do forzathon live and no luck

Me too, and it’s quite infuriating. None of the “fixes” work and even if they did I shouldn’t hav to go t command prompt to fix online in the game. Very disappointed and I feel fooled, no other game has ever done this to me.

They honestly don’t care.

I tried to talk with Microsoft support, they literally said, not our problem, we did not make the game.

I have not been able to connect since Friday. yeah it is very frustrating especially when the same solution which does not work keeps getting copied pasted in every other thread about online problems. even by the staff themselves.

It hasn’t been able to work for me either and like you guys none of the troubleshooting works, they need to figure this out fast otherwise I am going to make a very angry phone call and ask for a developer to fix this ridiculous issue we’re having or actually give us a troubleshoot that actually works.

There is 2 ways to fix this problem

  1. Click Start , type services.msc in Start search box and hit Enter.
  2. Right-click the Peer Networking Grouping service and select Properties .
  3. Check if the service is started; if not, right-click and select Start .
  4. You may also set the Startup type to Automatic under Properties .
  5. Click OK .
    and restart the computer. if that dosent work. do this to.
    . Run command Prompt as administrator
  6. Type “netsh” and press enter
  7. Type “int teredo” and press enter
  8. Type “set state disabled” and press enter
  9. Type “int ipv6” and press enter
  10. Type “set teredo client” and press enter

You need to enable DNS in router settings and set DNS ip address as if you were hosting a multiplayer game You need to use ipv6

Does not work. the problem is with the game itself not network connection. since I had no problem playing online with any other game including FH3. this problem is a issue with FH4.

I have a similar problem.I can’t connect to forza live either.The searching window pops up at the top of the screen,but it stucks in a loop and can’t find anyone or gives an error message.
I solved the double nat problem,left 2 tickets for the support.They said they will look into it.
I have this problem only with this game.
I have ipv4.
