Same issue for me. The more frustating thing is the fact that Im unable to even raise support tickets
Getting ‘Page not found’ error on the Support page. Like, that is worse than the Treasure Map being not available
I just tried working with support to get a refund and it was denied. Hopefully they can get this figured out.
I have the same issue…
Open your map and look at the bottom of the screen for options. If you’ve purchased the map, you should now be able to press Y to reveal it.
I’ll edit the title of the thread to note this is now resolved and working.

I am still having this issue. When pressing Y to reveal the map, the game takes me to the Store to purchase it (since the game does not recognize that I have already pre-purchased the map). The Store tells me that I have already purchased the map, and gives me no other options but to close the Store window and return to the game. The game then gives me a “Marketplace Error” screen and takes me back to the game map, still not recognizing that the treasure map has been purchased.

No, it’s not fixed. I have the exact same issue.
If I open the map, the game tells me to “Buy” the Treasure Map, even though I already have it purchased on my account. If I go through with hitting the “Buy” button, I get sent to the Microsoft Store that tells me I already have it and when I’m returned to the game, I receive a “Marketplace Error” and nothing unlocks.
Try and read/follow the whole thread before leaving comments, aka, do your job as a moderator?

Ok wtf did you even read any of the post here? Why in the world would you close a thread for people trying to figure out why something they paid for will not work.

Its not resolved and not working, please understand that people purchased already map, but the game is asking to buy and MS store says that the item is already purchased

It is still not working for me.
It is definitely not resolved. I’ve bought the treasure map before the game was playable, and now it’s still asking me to buy it when I press Y on the map, I’ve restarted the game multiple times, still not working.
It absolutely is not working. I purchased it prior to release. When pressing “Y” in the map, I get taken to a screen to purchase it, enter my pin, get an error that I already own it, and then “Marketplace Error: An error occurred. Please try again later.”
It is not resolved and working at all.
Edit: Loading the game on an xbox briefly allowed it to work, and it was still working when I went back to my PC.
Did you read my post? I said that it’s working in the fact that I have the XP and fast travel boards I just don’t have the barn finds. I think that’s pretty clear in my post.
I understand there’s a bunch of people that aren’t getting the treasure map at all but that basically hijacked my thread. Which was to say I’m getting the boards but not the barn finds. I’ve had no response from anyone related specifically to that except one person that said you have to progress further. If anyone has any usable information on why I don’t see the barn finds on my map but have all the boards it would be greatly appreciated.
I think you’re confused… this isn’t your thread. Maybe you were moved into a different thread?
It is definitely not working. I’m still encountering the same issue as I previously stated in this thread. Please get this resolved asap. Microsoft is charging money for something that doesn’t even work.
