Treasure map.

I pre-ordered an Ulimate Edition (because I believe in Play Ground Games, except T 10). I want to know what about a treasure map, will it be reliased later? It is a very helpful DLC, I want to buy it.

If you bought the Ultimate edition it will give you all the DLC, if I am not mistaken, so there is no need to but it of you already payed for it in the preorder

I’m pretty sure the treasure map is extra even if you get Ultimate. For FH3 I bought Ultimate pre-order and paid for the treasure map a couple of months later. I like to try to get as much as possible without the map and just get it eventually to catch the last few bits.

You’re incredibly mistaken and this preconception really needs to go.

Ultimate edition does not give you all DLC. It never has. It never will.

Just because it lists all the DLC that’s announced at the time of sale, doesn’t mean it’ll have all DLC they announce from that point onwards.

Someone usually posts all the locations online pretty quickly though.

Treasure map has all ways been separate from all other content so as with the other 3 Horizon games I would say it will be release when the game is for about $5 or so. I will be getting it ASAP with the way the hide stuff you just about need it

while one is usually available at release it wont be part of the Ultimate Edition, is always an optional extra

It’s Playground AND T10.

What’s so hard to understand about that?

No, just tired of it being implied that PG solely developed Horizon. It’s been stated multiple times in multiple threads, as well as both trademarks being on the cover and on game start up, as well as the fact that it’s listed everywhere on the FM.net website.

Its always been extra. For the release date, I believe it’s usually the same day as release, but I would say that for sure it will be.

within a week or so of release Kudoprime webpage will have everything mapped out for “free”.

I also agree that it is a very useful DLC. While community sites may have their own maps and checklists set up shortly after launch I like the convenience of all that being in-game, saves me a lot of time.

In any case, there’s nothing official announced yet regarding a Treasure Map add-on. There’s still a few months to go until launch however, so maybe we’ll hear something in the future.

I like trying to find them all on my own, gives me something fun to do. If there are some I can’t find, I’ll just go online and look for free and spend that extra money I saved on a coffee. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ll never forget the xp board that was in the train tunnel in FH3, even with the map location took me forever to find… :disappointed_relieved:

My kinda style!

Same here,i mean that’s half the fun isn’t it,finding stuff,if you do get stuck on something, there is always someone posting all the finds anyways, saves money too!!

I always start with this mentality and then end up just spending a day running through a video guide and picking them all up anyway.

Treasure map is a money maker, no way it’s included…
