Yeah, the Rally selection in this game really leaves a bit to be desired. Yet this expansion only adds one actual rally car, which makes no sense.

Iād like a series done like that. 
Itās a lot of damage for sure, but the communityās voice is stronger than it has ever been. I hope they know weāre either at or approaching a tipping point.
At the very least all I can be is more optimistic than I was and I do feel like I am with chef-Mike out of the door. 
In Mikeās defense none of us know what happens at PGG. For all we know Mike may have had some amazing ideas which were ultimately rejected due to decisions made higher up. Or maybe what he invisioned never came to fruition due to budget cuts or a lack of budget. Or maybe he did his best given all the challenges at hand. Who knowsā¦
Personally I think itās dilusional to think that the game is on an upward trajectory now that Mikeās gone. And it will be quite a long time until we find out what if any impact his departure has as FH6 is looking like a late 2025 release at best.

If they know, theyāre certainly acting like they believe we arenāt. When I said āthe entire franchiseā, I didnāt just mean all of Horizon - I believe all of his machinations, mistakes, misjudgements, and screwups have bled into Motorsport, too. And I have to wonder if the continued radio silence out of Turn 10 and sudden ambiguity about when the game will actually release is because things have boiled over regarding different camps, and the final product is nearly unshippable because of it.
Iām prepared to be a bit more patient and if I like what Iām seeing Iām gonna say it. But hey, some fair points.

Is delusional a bit harsh? Iād want someone who likes racing games to make my racing games. Maybe he did have amazing ideas, that though could be considered equally as speculative. Heās kind of the one who said he wanted to be doing something else and went off to do something elseā¦

Iām tentatively hopeful this will be a decent expansion. I enjoyed both Storm and Fortune Island in FH2 and FH4 and some new ground to explore (thatās not a garish orange eyesore like the hotwheels theme park) is always welcome. Really hoping the rally career has some replayability, not just a quick one and done like hotwheels was.
But Iām acutely aware of the devās track record so I wonāt hold my breath. At least itās not another LEGO expansion.

Will launch control be available in normal races? It sounded like it wouldnāt in F monthly. But we already have it outside of races.
Itāll be an assist, regardless of race type is what I understand from the reveal
Theyāve said during the stream that in races you always start with launch control and that this assist is meant for freeroam.
Er, paltry. Unless youāre referring to the cars metaphorically as chickens.

Iām already starting to get a teensy bit concerned.
Within the official post on Rally Adventure we get this:
āWeāve introduced Tire Profile Size, new rally parts and an anti-lag system with spectacular flame effects and fire-cracker audioā¦ā
When I launched the game today I saw this:
You may notice a distinct lack of any mention about tire profile size in this post. In addition, this feature hadnāt been mentioned once during the official livestream. Why not? Wouldnāt they want to say something, anything at all?
If custom tire profile sizes donāt make it into the expansion along with launch control and anti-lag turbo upgrades I am going to be supremely disappointed!

So i watched the forza monthly stream yesterday and i heard Torben say that a certain car from the festival playlist is going to be available in the expansion to unlock.
And it got me thinking. I dont know if I should tag Max because theres nobody else that would knowā¦ @T10ManteoMax Which cars from the festival playlist are going to be available to to unlock through the expansion as well?
I remember back when the hot wheels expansion released we had a similar celebration festival playlist series. And then when playing the expansion i ended up earning all these hot wheels cars that i already got through the festival playlist anyway
