Still no access to Hot Wheels Or Rally Adventure DLC. The Post I created about this a week ago got marked as resolved. That MAKES ME FRICKEN ANGRY, because my issue was not fixed/resolved. Support still has an open ticket about this issue I submitted. Must be still something to me complaint.
Also my issue was marked as fixed because the server Issues were said to be fixed

PAID OVER $200 USD for crappy game support is what it feels like. Feels like Playground Games only cares about $$$$ not making customers happy

Now support thinks It is a device limit issue that is causing my DLC not to show
Could you please check the device limit for your account and try removing any devices you don’t use or don’t use often.
It’s possible that there are too many devices attached to your account and this may be blocking Windows Store downloads or access.
- Go to this site
- https://account.microsoft.com/
- Make sure you’re logged into the account that you use to play / use the Microsoft store with.
- Scroll down to the device section.
- Select View all devices.
- Remove/unlink any device that you are no longer using
- Scroll down to “Microsoft Store device management”
- Select Manage (Will take you to this page (https://account.microsoft.com/devices/content)
- Remove/Unlink a device that you are no longer using.
- After removing any unused devices and putting your account under 10 devices Restart your PC
How can this be when I only have one device connected. and is the
only device I have ever played the game from?
I have the same issue, and have gone through all of this “fixes”. I’ve signed out, and signed back in. I only have, and have ever only had, the one PC that I play on, on my account. I’ve tried uninstalling the game and DLC many times, and reinstalled, but whenever I get in game I don’t have access to it anymore.
Ok, finally fixed mine! Support tried their best, but they were zero help. What I did to end up getting it back working was deleting “Microsoft.Expansion1FH5_8wekyb3d8bbwe” and “Microsoft.Expansion1FH5_8wekyb3d8bbwe” in C:\Users"username"\AppData\Local\Packages that had to deal with the DLC, as well deleting the DLC from the PC, then re-downloaded the DLC. Went back in game, and it was finally available again.
