I don't have access to any DLC / Car Pack cars

Hi everyone, I don’t know if I should post this in Troubleshooting Hub,

I don’t have access to any cars from a DLC or car pack that I purchased. Game purchased in premium edition also. It tells me I don’t own the content. In the list of car passes, no pack is validated. I can’t even get to Hotwheels/Rally…
However, I was able to do all the missions last week to recover the drag car! I also had a bug on Xbox(app) / Store where it told me there was a problem with my account. I tried a command to reset/clear the apps cache. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, nothing worked.

Should I make a request on the site or has anyone already had the problem?

Log in to the Xbox app. It may ask you to connect your account to the MS store. After you’ve done that you should be able to access the DLC.

I had this problem a couple of times now. Seems they’ve changed something with how the accounts are connected. Not sure if they’re even aware of the issue. Maybe somebody should actually tell them but I’m to lazy and also fed-up with the support to actually bother.

No still the same problem, well I’ll have to open a ticket… this xbox/store application really sucks.
