You know you have the update when the splash screen indicates that it’s Enhanced. Version 1.0.112

Updating now 671mb! Uk

No update has showed up for me

671mb doesn’t seem very big for a 4K update? 4K Assets must have been in game already?

Will the xbox one s have a difference

I was thinking that same thing.

As I previously posted, after update the game file size is nearly 3GB larger, so it was a compressed file apparently

Just got mine!!! I’m happy to return to FH3

The cars in the XBOX ONE X update are much lower quality in polygon counts and fine details than the high settings on the PC.
Compare the Ferrari F50 for example, even the Forza 7 have much better car models and run at 60 fps !

Had an 680MB update and it says Xbox one x enhanced but don’t see any difference. Shouldn’t the 4K textures be more than just a 680MB?

Don’t know if it’s just me but anyone noticed that extra shine on the cars from the car select menu or the slightest extra grain or detail on a tree or the road surface omg MIND = BLOWN. Now be serious can anyone really see that much of a difference because barely noticeable here on 65" tv. Great game but some of these enhanced games just don’t seem so enhanced. Just imo.

Photograph shooting function and capture are also 4k and it is wonderful!

I know asking for the 4K and 60 FPS was unrealistic, but the PC version in high settings have much better car models in polygon counts and fine details than the XBOX ONE X newest update.

Why the need of the very high taxing 4x MSAA anti aliasing in 4K if the cars are in low poly count compared with the PC version ?!?

The Forza 7 update for the XBOX ONE X for example match perfectly the PC version in high settings in this matter and more.

They aren’t fixing any bugs, revising the PI system, buffing/nerfing cars, or adding any cars but adding better graphics…first off I have terrible eyesight so personally it is completely useless for me and secondly why did I have to dl it when I have a One S? I don’t even know why I am suprised this francise has been worried about graphics over the actual quality of the game every since FM5 smh

Original One and One S consoles can’t output 4K so they don’t download these assets. If you move your installation over to a One X console then you’ll be prompted to download the 4K assets for free.

I have an original console, and it downloaded the same 671mb update this morning. My buddy’s did as well. I am wondering why when there seems to be no difference in the game.

the cars still have low polygon & low detail interiors after the 4k upgrade. This was the improvement that I was hoping for the most. This was fixed in forza 7 when the X launched so I’m curious as to why Horizon isn’t doing it.

Should you be prompted to download the 4K assets as well as the 671mb update?

Or are the assets the 671mb update?
