Starting January 30, 2025, our community will choose the Festival Playlist theme for the following month. A new “Playlist Vote” section will replace the “Coming Soon” screen and will let players vote for one of two previously released Festival Playlist options they want to play next month (similar to how Horizon Backstage voting works). Voting will start in Summer (First week) of each Series and closes at the end of Winter (Third week). Once voting ends, the “Playlist Vote” tab will display the winner of the vote for the duration of Spring (Fourth Week).
It’s worth noting that some changes have been made to the Festival Playlists, so they might not be exactly as you played them the first time. Different than the ones on the original version of each Playlist may be featured on each Playlist among other changes. Backstage Pass rewards will also be added so you can unlock and experience previous exclusive and hard-to-find cars at the Backstage Shop. Playlists that didn’t feature our Hot Wheels and Rally Adventure expansions will now include events that take place in those environments.
The first showdown will be between High Performance and Italian Automotive. Make sure to cast your vote and pick the challenges you want to play the most, Evolving World environments you haven’t experienced, or the rewards you haven’t unlocked yet.
There’s still more coming to Forza Horizon 5 in the near future! While we are getting that ready, we hope veteran players will enjoy this trip down memory lane, and that new players will enjoy the unique looks and features the Horizon Festival has worn for the past three years!

Please don’t put those “previously HTF but now available from the autoshow” cars in season/series milestones. Please.
Also I wondering, some series have new exclusive cars at 40PTS (like Italian Automotive), but now we have a Horizon Backstage at that point. Can we still see those cars in the returning series? It will be a truly sad story not seeing the Alfa 4C and 8C since they all worth 40PTS when that series was live.
I made a post in FH5 Auction to gather some sentiment and maybe help folks discern between the very hard to find rare cars and the effectively impossible to find rare cars. It would be very helpful for folks to vote in the poll in the original post:
or in the copy at the end after the table.
This is the first vote’s details with the reward cycle and cars, now finalized from the in-game newsletter message:

UPDATED Playlist exclusives I need/I own zero copies of:
One thing that comes to my mind is that we have all the other car brands and what not, but i know FH5 has had old cars as a theme for the festival play list but why not make one dedicated to the mopar performance group.
I wonder if someone who didn’t manage to complete 100% or missed a playlist the first time, will they receive gold status in the overall playlist history if they complete 100% of these playlists again? I did not have time to complete series 08 and 11, and also completely missed series 09 and 10. I would really like them to turn golden instead of looking like they are now.
