Managed to win on eliminator for the seasonal. Only had one head to head… first time in a long time that another car has tried to interfere… it didn’t have much impact, though. Definitely helps to know the general exit routes and to get a good jump on the countdown. I think I was a solid two seconds outside the barrier, which helped since I wasn’t sporting anything super powerful.
I’ve made a beginning on the “Capa” lambo. Still have a lot of sponsor vinyl groups to make. Currently working on Michelin. And Capa. And there’s several others to do:
I used Tony’s Tecnica circuit tune for the trial. Good enough to lap a human on the first circuit, though it suffered a bit on the trial in the 2nd race. Team won pretty handily, and no bad driver behavior to speak of (from the humans, anyway… Drivatar got a little chippy at one point).
I jumped in my old 240SX tune that was a road handling build and it topped out at 158mph and the Auto Pista requirement was 160mph so had to go back to the drawing board with that tune.
Got rid of the body kit and ripped out the brakes. That gave me the PI to add more power. The new top speed was about 177mph.
The Calle Principal trap ended up being more challenging for me than the other two.
When I ran the Trial, the Gamertags didn’t load in for the first 2 races. I could see the other people’s levels and badges, both in the grid and over their drivatars, but not the tags. Forza Link messages just showed the badge. They loaded in for the 3rd race (lost the 2nd race 1850 to 1800).
I never saw that before. Does it happen on occasion?
Did they change the seasonal event labs world icons to the event labs icon? To better denote them on the map? Don’t know If I’m just misremembering them as regular event icons with the seasonal highlights.
Looks like you might need to get the front side of the telescope’s dish for the photo challenge. I fast traveled to the Las Dunas Cross Country icon, and while I had most of the building and the back of the dish in the camera’s field of view, it wouldn’t register from there. Had to go to the other side of the building.
I finished everything. No issues. Xbox Series X. I bit more time consuming than I would have liked. Part of that was having to do the trial twice due to 2 bad actors drifting through turns (poorly) and causing a ruckus in general.
yes, that location is tricky for whatever reason; I did it a lot when figuring out which accolades repeated (when they did) and never worked out anything consistent about why it didn’t work when it didn’t, and sometimes it never did complete, implying to me that it had worked already even though I hadn’t even tried
First time in about a year I did the whole Playlist because I wanted the 850CSi.
Awesome car as always but the bodykit is hideous. Good thing it’s not a good bodykit performance-wise and the car can be equally fast with its beautiful stock look.
