I liked it in monthly rivals, but it sort of tops out right where it is, stock. upgrading and the minor amount of tuning you can do don’t help it much, would have loved a solid AWD EV buggy

Yep, i noticed this too. It took my convoy 3 attempts to complete this one due to runaway drivatars and some lack of skill within the convoy

Yeah the abilty to tune gears would have been great but as rwd only i dont mind since i like the challenge it comes with. But i won’t go as far as it’s useless since i did like it in b class, but if my aim is soley to win then i choose another car

no, that is the only way to get the VW Beetle, which is rather odd if you ask me

Trying to understand any remote glimmer of logic behind restricting this to RWD only; makes zero sense.

same thought with the barbie Vette, I’m sure @TheGillesMuller would have set some diabolical off-road time with it in awd

Never even gave this one a second thought; after giving it an initial quick look, it was out of my garage. But the Manx being coined the “Original Dune Buggy” but yet no AWD??

at least as an option

This one is killing me. Two failed co-op attempts. I’ll probably attempt it solo at this point.

Use the 2009 Focus RS with an AWD swap.

RA championship is missing two Super Sport vehicles - Chevelle '70 and Chevy Camaro '69, both should qualify

Great, I shared tunes for those two for that championship. This has happened a couple of times recently, like when the Cadillac Black Wings weren’t eligible for a championship they should have been.

What’s the argument for not putting useful upgrades into the new Manx that would otherwise make us like that vehicle? As it is, it’s just useful for taking a photo. It’s like there’s a secret campaign within FH5 to sabotage the reputation of EVs or something. :upside_down_face:

On a Dirt track that’s about handling and where it won’t top out it’s okayish on B700.
Got a 1:39 on El Pipila which is good for a top 70. With more time it should do 1:38.

With adjustable gearing it might have found its niche.

This was a tough one this week (CC tends to be for me :woman_shrugging:) but I managed to do it after a slight tweak to the tune. I updated the SC in my list, the revised tune has rear aero (first one didn’t) but yeah it was a doozy! Haven’t done it co-op yet. Best of luck! :crossed_fingers:

This worked. I used a livery but I can’t share it. It’s a special edition version of @CashlessPlains8’s “Snakebite” orange livery. It’s pretty cool.

The AWD had good launch and acceleration.

In an example of “the drivatars are clearly cheating”, I took the little “shortcut” around the dune and found the drivatars had passed me (going uphill on a giant dune). I feel like it may have to do with the CC drivatars not getting impeded as much by water/sand/etc. where that is definitely felt more by the humans driving hot hatches.

I blame you all for making me tune like 6 cars for the trial this week…and then run them all last night and this morning lol. Way too many good cars this week. I really didn’t enjoy that b class cross country hot hatch championship though. The AI was ridiculous.

I’m going to either sell mine on the auction house or gift it at Christmas.

All those cars I tested earlier in the week and I ended up using none of them lol

Started 3rd on Montana and as always on there the AI are incredibly easy to take on the first bend by going on the inside.

5th on Baja and got caught up in a bit of kerfuffle early, terrible course to start at the back from because that tight left into the dirt section pretty much guarantees it and you really don’t have any way of getting around it if you’re behind it all.

Otherwise the Escort was good and the team was ok too save for the 700 Hammer guy hitting me on a straight bit, though that just looked more like poor car control than petulance.

Coming from FM’s single player it feels awful strange actually driving a full race myself.
