Since I’ve never enjoyed Rivals on Baja Scramble I decided to go with 3 lap races vs Unbeatable this week, thanks to @LSD51ZEN’s post in the other thread I set the conditions to the same as the Trial will be, all my own tunes apart from the one….

C Japan (Horizon Baja Scramble)

Toyota FJ40 - 4:06.455

Toyota Sports 800 – 4:09.817

Nissan S-Cargo – 4:10.159

Nissan Safari – 4:11.235

Honda CR-X – 4:11.461
Toyota Sera – 4:11.935

Toyota Trueno – 4:12.478
Datsun 510 – 4:12.586
Subaru BRAT – 4:12.769
Honda Civic ’74 – 4:12.953

Nissan Fairlady ’69 – 4:13.404
Nissan Figaro – 4:13.629

Nissan #23 RR – 4:14.229
Nissan Tsuru – 4:14.305
Toyota 2000GT – 4:14.588
Toyota 86 – 4:14.847

Mazda MX-5 ’ 94 – 4:15.789

Subaru BRZ – 4:16.015

Toyota Celica ST185 (Dannis6217, stock tires) – 4:28.218

Despite the fact MC should have a huge advantage on the FJ40 I also took it in Rivals afterwards and it landed at #92 with a 1:18.846.

Not 100% sure I’ll be sharing it though because of one glaring issue, if you take the left side of the 2nd bridge on Baja Scramble (as you should normally for the smoothest line through the following section) the stock suspension almost every time causes some weirdness where it seems to clip into the bridge and almost spins the car out, I and whoever reads this would know about that in advance so would know to just go down the middle instead, but people downloading my tune if I shared it wouldn’t.

Stock option is a no-brainer here, that Nissan comes with proper Offroads by default and very low shift penalty.

Unfortunately as soon as I saw that Celica here in the thread I knew what was coming as I know it simply can’t fit Offroads into C class, even with every downgrade thrown on it’s not close to 600PI.

Oh and my apologies if there’s any weird looking gaps in the list that I’ve missed, copy and pasting the results from my Word document to here seems to be getting worse every week, before I edited it it was #23 RR (st oc k) for example :man_shrugging: and I have to delete the fastest time then re-type it manually because it refuses to have it as standard font instead of bold.

I’m very tempted to use the S-Cargo for this, can you share the tune for that please

Cheers, thank you - I used the Figaro last week, fun car and imagine the S-Cargo is too.

Got lucky in trial, had people drop off as soon as lap 1 race 1. Ended up with just two of us by event 3.

Meh.
