Try quitting the game and rebooting, and just in case make sure Drivatars are set to Average or harder and the Difficulty setting for Steering is not set to Auto-Steering.
Known Issue:
Accolades - If an Event overrides your Drivatar difficulty to Unbeatable and your settings weren’t already on Unbeatable, you don’t make progress towards relevant Accolades (Date Updated:02.04.22)
I think that bug was stopping me, I reset Drivatar difficulty from Tourist to Average and it popped first win after that.
Annoying but done now!
It says 3rd yes but I think it’s 3rd or higher as I won.
Not much you can say for this week, PR stunts require little more than a tune at the top of the class and sometimes not even that, the KTM can be done stock for example.
I used the '03 Focus with Rocklxd’s tune and won both races very easily, it’s FWD though so if you aren’t comfortable with that saeenu has an AWD tune that should be pretty good.
You can downgrade the '17 Focus but I wouldn’t recommend it, not bad on the road but rubbish on the dirt.
There are two related Known Issues that may cause this:
Festival Playlist - Weekly Challenge - Chapter 1- Car may not be recognized and the chapter will not complete. (Date Added:02.04.22)
Festival Playlist - Weekly Challenge - Challenges may reset after restarting the game. (Date Added:01.20.22)
Try changing your car to a different model - quit the game and reboot - then change into the #777 Formula Drift Corvette and see if it unlocks. In previous titles we saw a case where an already owned car was not recognized, which was resolved when the player bought a new version of the model and used that one. If your issue persists please submit a ticket at Forza Support; it may be marked as Solved without fixing the issue (because the issue is still under investigation on the Known Issues list) but submitting tickets helps the Forza Support team track if there’s any spike in issues at any given time.
Same here. Has been doing this crap to me for weeks. Anyone know if a fix is in the works? Or does anyone know a workaround so I can get the challenge?
I had the same issue and couldn’t get the Challenge to acknowledge the car. I searched the forum for a resolution. Simple logging off and rebooting didn’t work, but I ended up doing a cold/hard boot (i.e. shutting down and switching off at the wall, then restarting). The Weekly Challenge then acknowledged the car and I was able to complete the other 3 portions without further problems.
Am I the only one that has done the Horizon Float race, come second at no time in the race am I able to photograph no matter how I try?
Any suggestions would be appreciated as they have the camera icon over the top and no luck!
I am trying to do the Parade Float as it is, according to PGG, able to be photographed.
I am going back to the Canyon Exhibition and try the Chapter where you first could drive it. Hope it works because that is how I got the White Beetle '63 & Lorry from the Vocha Story!
Did the Super7 twice and now have three Honda Civic Coupes, sold one for 16 mill in the auction House, but won’t be continuing to see if it awards subsequent Civics ad infinitum …
