Hate to see the PR restrictions go but at least I can finish the playlist quicker not having to tune them up! :ok_hand::ok_hand:

Well that ‘new race branding’ that was advertised was a dud, I was hoping it meant a 5th race type was coming but just looks like it meant driving the same old stuff only with Extreme E cars.

@TheGillesMuller Thanks for that news. Those events will get a hard pass from me.

Most of that stuff has been a dud. Like how “new stunts” actually meant “new temporary stunts”.

They actually showed it was possible to add meaningful content to the game, only to say “but you thought we were actually going to do that? Lol!”

Would be so easy for them to add one new track of each type per month or so to give genuinely fresh content.

Even if they were just reverses of existing ones.

I thought that was disappointing enough until I decided to get the HW championship done first just now.

My 3 finishing times added up to around 20 minutes even with driving the Bone Shaker, 20 minutes on the Nurburgring for example flies by because there’s so much variety in the track and you’re on it constantly, when you’re doing nothing but holding RT for about 19 out of those 20 minutes of driving it becomes a slog and feels much longer, even racing on ovals there’s at least some turning to think about.

Edit: Also has anyone else got invisible pools of water in their game? Had it in the Trial on Playa Azul and have just had it again E of the festival while in the Rimac.

They still affect the car when you drive through them so they are there but aren’t visible at all.

2nd Edit: And for some reason the Ek’ Balam race in the CC championship was only 1 lap for me.

So why would the drift gearbox be allowed on all other EVs but this one is somehow excluded? Everyone knows the cross country AI is dirty and on steroids, 1 gear isnt helping when they crash into you killing all your momentum. :unamused::unamused:

Edit: Every little thing you hit kills your skill chain too! Dont even attempt a drift tap!!

2 million for photo challenge?

I thought 1,2 million + tune for speed trap was bad… At least I have enough money now that it doesn’t sting as much.

@ArcticInsanity Should have done the collectible first! The Rimac is free!

Rimac is pretty easy to get with the battery challenge. It’s nice they’re doing this in the same season. :+1:

Too late now.

Lesson learned, hopefully: Look at every weekly task and the store before you waste money.

Weird thing about Rimac is that I had 3 “Lake XP Bonus” tunes downloaded for it already.

The car physics seem to have been updated a bit since the tall cars had a problem. The Trial felt good to drive round. Not sure why my car passes everyone every week… seems too coincidental now… it could be that I have a fast server on 5G now.

I really dislike translated version of game. Treasure hunt says something about karting with electric car being more fun. I guess electric karting would be. Unfortunately we don’t have karting in this game. Would be fun though.

Finally finished all that can be completed of the playlist today. The Water Slide race easily my favorite race in the expansion, BUT that race is way too long. I did the A class championship for the week and it took me 8:20 to complete 3 laps.

I cant remember if that race is in HW Open but I definitely saw it in HW Tour. 2 laps would be sufficient enough to get a feel for it, 3 is overkill.

Edit: It is in Open! S2 took me 6:15 to do 3 laps. :grimacing::grimacing:

Yeah 1 lap took ages. I wasn’t too keen on the track with a T junction, it just doesn’t feel right on a hotwheels track.

Porsche’s 919 Hybrid EVO lap would like to have a word with you.
