Today’s daily completed fine thankfully, was worried another old bug might rear it’s ugly head after problems with showcase dailies in the past.
But I put in a good run so went to check the leaderboard afterwards, I encourage everyone to do the same and go and look at the absolute state of the top of it, not just the amount of nonsense times but how many 10 star level 2,999 cheats there are.

Unfortunately FH5 is full of cheaters, have you seen that on top of the hall of fame there is a guy with 3 million points? 1 million more than the second (another cheater). It’s very sad

Yes, it’s pathetic & has not changed, despite some recent “efforts” to address it. If there is a way to cheat, exploit or monopolize the game in order to surpass others in achievement, there are those that will take full advantage of it without remorse. This is the case not just in leaderboards, but also in design & tuner stats as well.
I believe this is part of what pushes away those long term, dedicated players, that actually invest the time & effort in the areas mentioned to achieve legitimate results, only to have them become “meaningless” through this type of nonsense.
Leaderboard times, design & tune popularity, should be reflected by the actual quality & skill of those behind the effort, not as determined through manipulated means. But unfortunately, that has been the trend & in many ways, it seems to be becoming more “acceptable” overall.

yes, it’s curious; the main playlist daily completed but it is broken for the fallback, hard to see there are two different sets of code, maybe a flag set incorrectly?
So I was going to show all the color variants next to each other, but some of you guys downloaded the Miami Vice one so it moved in order. So… thanks!
Anyway I added 3 other colorways, in part to show the versatility of doing the “line work” up front, and then you can swap the colors or add vinyl groups as needed.
There’s Just Peachy (Royal blue and Peach):

Ride the Lightning came first, actually, and has a bunch of lightning bolts all over.
Just Peachy came next, and is a bit understated. I did whip up a quick peach vinyl group for the rear end, just for the theme:
And Red Squadron is also pretty minimalist, but it has the “red squadron” logo on the back:
New addition. I was trying out a Hunter/Moss green colorway, and it reminded me of the incredible hulk color… so I whipped up a Hulk vinyl group to match the color scheme.

Got this using the “get-in-the-Jesko-and-floor-it-while-loading-eliminator” trick. Still stuck around and got 8th. Hadn’t played it in awhile.
me too, though not the Jesko, my spare Jag barn find at 999
I had two more successes on consecutive days in Eliminator a week or two ago, boosted my confidence (and number of wins, now three)
today, though, back to trees growing in front of me every race

It is but I think it was @Bonzpop and another guy who were the only legitimate ones at 1 point, and I don’t think the thread I saw that in was that long ago either.

Thank you! I finally got it after several attempts with the most expected car - the Maserati SUV. It did what the Lancer EVO couldn’t 
Apparently it wasn’t most effective way to complete it, but I’m glad it worked for you

Anyway, thanks TheGilesMuller for remembering and quoting my legitimate grind to max rank. My good friend Kofize was first to reach 2,999 Prestige 10, I was second and IcedTortoise (current leader of Horizon Open with whom I’ve played and messaged many times and confirm is legit) was third.
I often wonder how many reports are made against me, if at all. I’ve reported loads. Easy to ID by checking their Gamerscore/ profile, unless set to private, because to get to 10*2,999 you need about 45 days in the game and have been grinding hard. Can’t remember how long I’d been doing it (60-62 days played, which is 1440-1468 hours).

Winning eliminator proved easier than doing the daily challenge the ‘correct’ way. I did one session only and i won it with the Hoonigan but no daily challenge because the final race was jungle only. I even started on top of the volcano hoping to find something good but the level 4 Audi didn’t reach 320km/h going down. This means that i had to grind to get final race on highway or very good car on top of the volcano but i don’t want to play eliminator at the moment, so i had to use the noob way with the car you use when you join the session.
