So I have done absolutely everything possible to get my event labs working for the festival playlist. Reset my Xbox, restarted game several times, signed in and out several times, cleared the caches people have suggested, etc the list goes on. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing seems to be working. No matter what I get the error that the event can’t be played because I haven’t downloaded via horizon life. I’m online and yet according to the event lab event I’m not. It really bums me out because I wanted to play them to get the rewards/points. Is there anything I can do or am I just kinda stuck and out of luck? I’m on the Xbox one not the newer series s/x
EVENTLAB ( ERROR / DISABLE )
- Reset all settings, there is some conflict/incompatibility with the latest update, quit the game, clear cache
