I’m having a problem where I go to play the event lab events on my PC and Xbox series x and I get a message saying that “There was an error retrieving the eventlab event, please try later.” message.
Is anyone else getting this message and is it a known issue?
I just tried logging in and get a ‘cannot access FH5 servers’ error, fallback playlist is now active. So nothing online is accessible. All the events only have CR as rewards. Xbox Console Series X.
I’m sat at my pc now and I have access to the playlist, just not the event labs events. I will check my xbox as soon as I can and see if I have the same problem on there as you.
this is a weird thing, I get it most weeks now
Just been on my Xbox and still the same no access to event labs and also the rivals server is un available to save my lap time, so i cannot complete that event either.
Ok so I just went on my other profile on my Xbox series X and loaded up forza H5 and I can access everything on the playlist for this season ( not the whole season just this weeks). I then went back on my main profile JARMEY1 and I’m unable to access the eventlabs events. WTH??? I now have a message saying that the event hasn’t been downloaded and please connect to horizon life to download. Any ideas anyone please before my Xbox becomes the first unmanned console to leave the earths atmosphere !!
