Hello everyone,

I’m playing on Xbox One, but I don’t know if that’s the problem.

For some time now I have had the problem that the weekly Eventlab events are not playable. A error appears:

“An error occurred while retrieving the EventLab event, please try again later” (translated from German).

It’s very frustrating. What is the reason? What can you do?

Please confirm that you have restarted your console.

Of course I restarted the console and the game several times, that’s the first thing you do. Unfortunately it didn’t help.

I just started the game today and it suddenly works again - three days after the weekly challenges started.

It remains disappointing and repeats itself. Next week the problem is probably the same. I’ll keep an eye on it and report back.

I just looked at the new week’s events and again the eventlab events are not playable.

EVENTLAB HAVING PROBLEMS: ( ERROR / DISABLE )

  • Reset all settings, there is some conflict/incompatibility with the latest update, quit the game, clear cache
