When I try to play event lab, it doesn’t work. It shows the following error.

Please provide a solution if someone faces this issue and fixes it.

I’ve the exact same problem (Xbox One) for quite some time. Will there finally be a solution?

  • Reset all settings, there is some conflict/incompatibility with the latest update, quit the game, clear cache

I have done the resetting of settings twice, unplugged the Xbox for half an hour in the second try and loaded the latest data that are on cloud. Still cannot join event lab and kicks me off the timer when I try to get in the trial. The last one may be my slow *** network, but still had to include it just in case there is a correlation.
