I got fed up with team-kills in my first go at the trial, so quit. Started another one and decided to drive around to pick up skill points while waiting.
I found it very, very hard. Those “Bonus Barrel” items kill skill chains like one of the pyramids. I have never seen this sensitivity, it kept happening, about half a dozen times in about five minutes. Usually, of course, at the point I had 19 thousand and something and was after the final few for the 20 thousand bonus.
Anyway, anyone else noticed this? I haven’t noticed it with any other vehicle. This was specifically the No.22 Extreme E, stock.

Yep, Extreme E vehicles have been like this since the beginning.

There are a couple of the unlimited offroad vehicles that lose skill chains to frontal impacts with destructable items. i think the warthog might be one as well as the f-150 trophy truck.

I haven’t noticed it with EE, but something else with other cars: hitting the tyres at the Test Track ends a skill chain. This never happened before, you got a wreckage then landscape for the fence.
This is at the main Horizon site, behind the plane. With all the billboards, cacti etc there’s easy point farming to be had, or was.
