Im sure this has been covered previously. Is Turn Ten Studios have any plan of releasing a drag strip or tracks? Also a drag pack? What the purpose of having the drag tires?
Btw… I only drag race on the game.

Hello @shut_it_down13 . I guess that they had plans to bring drag racing back, but lay-offs happened (unfortunately) and the necessary developers that they must have in order to make content are now gone. ![]()
I’m sorry, but this game, alongside the entire franchise is now over.
Maybe they can AI prompt the tracks into existence!

They have no other choice.
They only laid off about half the employees of turn 10, the ones that are left are mostly people that build the engine and therefor are probably working on FH6 atm. When FH6 comes out there is a chance for new updates for FM, but that will most likely be paid DLCs or collaboration or sponsorship deals. If they get some popular drag racing content into the game and market it well, they could still make a profit out of FM. But it probably doesn’t matter, to most people the game is already dead.
How can they make new tracks or even add new layouts when almost the entire environment artists are gone? ![]()
But, even if they had the necessary developers, Microsoft wouldn’t gave them enough money, and this makes sense actually (!).
When update 20 celebrated 20th year anniversary of Forza Motorsport by adding the japanese combo (Mazda Furai & Fujimi kaido), i’m sure both MS & T10 had some expectations. When they saw the numbers after a few weeks, i’m pretty sure they said: “We put so much effort into this for nothing?! Why we should continue updating this game when those numbers aren’t increasing?!”.
If that is what Microsoft said after the 20th anniversary, then the C Suite need to have their heads examined. They expected Fm23’s lack luster performance since release to be undone with a car and a track and based the future of the studio on that? If this is true, they fully expected the impossible, and the AI replacements needs to happen a lot higher in MS’s pecking order. Replace the person calling the shots with AI, and have it trained to listen to the players. Stand back and let the AI cook. It can’t possibly do a worse job than what’s happening now.

No. It’s just a guess.
I mean, when you add some highly requested stuff (Cars like: Porsche 963, Lamborghini SC63, BMW M4 GT3, etc./ Features like: Proximity Radar, variable weather, etc./ Tracks like: Sebring, Road Atlanta, Fujimi Kaido, etc.) you also expect some increases in terms of sales or number of active players.
I’m pretty sure that even if they made an update like this:
No one would ever buy this game and even pay attention to this update. Only those who already bought this game would play this update for a few days and then abandon (or even uninstall) the entire game.
