Cars should have a drag rating which will indicate how good is the car for drag racing. Id be really cool if that could get implemented given how offroad rating is.
Id be nice if you removed the difficutly from drag races as that makes no sense given that higher difficulty makes the AI accelerate faster and theres only so much a car can be pushed to a certain class and PI number.
Id be cool if instead of the difficulty the cars could use the drag rating. Obviously 2 cars with the same rating wont perform the same. Thats not the point of this. Other stats would also play a role but at least players will have a lot more fun testing their cars without the AI accelerating with absurd speeds.
The Ai would be able to scale to the player’s PI. Could also add a drag differential with a pre set tune so when the AI scales it actually picks that diff so it can stay more competitive against the player.
It could flip drag racing upside down in a good way if its even possible.
