All liveries made ahead of time should be stricken from the records.
I suspect doing this would net people a ban. I know that this particular ban hammer is not too fussy about ‘good reason’ so I’d not risk doing so.
Yes that was a dig over my unjust livery ban. Having been a ban recipient I’d not suggest this be the way to deal with this.
I’d suggest just removing all illegitimate early works so that they waste the time and effort of the offenders.

Before you could get the Carlton I already had a livery from FH4 I could import. I didn’t upload it, but that’s when I first noticed it was in the game.
The Dodge Magnum is a new never released car though. How do people have designs already for it though ??!!
I think you can also click choose car and even if you don’t own it in paint mode as well? You just can’t mod them.
