-Known design catalog limits?
-Do I need to own the car to share the desing from a previous title?

I’ve just played/raced for an hour or so.
Many FH5 liveries appeared, alot didn’t. I can put my super touring car liveries onto my BMW E36 but my Peter Brock Volvo 850 livery and my Biela Audi livery is not there. I don’t know about overall limits.
I think you need to own the car. I brought over my Escort '86, put my livery on there and shared it.

You can share imported designs directly after the import as in FH5.
But you need to level the car to be able to change aero or put a bodykit on it.
