In the last couple of Street Races I haven’t seen any traffic at all anymore. Is that normal? Or has my traffic bugged out? Normally you should see some, albeit very light but I don’t see anyone race after race.
Didn’t know where to put this, so I just placed it in this section in case it is a bug.
Playing on an Xbox Series X (everything fully updated)
@LuculentPigeon8 I am glad that you raised this issue. Actually right from the game release almost none of the Festival Playlist Street Races had traffic. I played them all and I remember only one or two.
As the traffic is an element of a street race I consider this an issue. @JetPartySalad What do you think?
When you blueprint a street race you can choose whether to have traffic or not. I would expect this is a choice they have when setting up the playlist.
There’s been some street championships recently that I ran coop that definitely had traffic. I think it’s been in the last couple of weeks. They had a lot of traffic. It was messy.
It happens only on online races (didn’t notice it in team race, only on pvp, but I basically only play pvp), and I’m on a XSS.
But for me is pretty consistent. If I start the game from quick resume, the weather starts to get weird (constantly changing, TOD also), and if I go on a online street race, it will not show any AI car. Sometimes I get disconnected right after the first race, but is not always.
This season the three Festival Playlist Street Races have all traffic. Playing on XSX.
So it is as it was already asumed from some forum users here that while creating the Festival Playlist PG can switch traffic during street races on or off. So mostly traffic off was selected until now - which I deem wrong.
Hope so that has changed now. Street races need traffic!
