Bought GFX 4080 and finally decided to play FM properly. In graphics settings DLSS option is greyed out, and 1080p on my 4K monitor looks very soft.
Can you turn on DLSS in game and what is the problem?
You can turn it on, well I can, but it looks like garbage. You should stick to 2160p native resolution, don’t try using anything else.
And I guess you mean “RTX 4080”. Because there is no “GFX 4080”.
Thanks, I’ll try. Not sure 2160p will look good on 4K display, but probably better than 1080p.
I’ve recently upgraded my rig (also with RTX 4080) and jumped from 1080p to 4K, and I can assure you: it makes enormous difference in graphics in Forza Motorsport (for the better ofc)
2160p is 4K. Both 3840x2160 and 4096x2160 is called 4K.
Start with the native resolution of your screen then reduce from there if needed. No point in having a 4080 and only doing 1080.
I just checked the option in my game and yes it is greyed out if you don’t turn off TAA first.
Interesting. Thanks for answers, I’ll try different options you mentioned to see what works best.
