You get it after the event is over, it’s still on atm, it will end in 15 hours. Try to get a good time, maybe the 599 GTO drives nicely too.
Try the Radical RXC Turbo if you hadn’t already, it has awesome handling. There are many absolutly awesome to drive cars in this game and some just awful. 700+ cars should be enough to make everyone happy.
The Ferrari 250LM and the Ferrari Spa 330 P4 are nice for classics too. You just gotta try more cars to find what you like.
I think I’m at a couple of hundredths or so over 1:30. Hopefully that does it for me.
I see, thank you. The mistake is on my behalf since I didn’t think about the different time zone.
Thanks for the advice, I do love and drive other cars, especially the '99 Dodge Viper. It’s just that I already own (almost) every car that I want for every class except R Class/Forza GT but as both of you stated, I just need to remain patient.
I definitive time would have been nice,… trying to beat a rivals time of 1.32.954 and got 1.32.971. Event was still on and when I started and went on to get 1.32.3 and the time didn’t save,… went to go back into the race only to find out its closed,… thanks a lot.
Wondering why you waited till the last minute to try and beat the time
The comp has been ooen since the 11th of December
Also the final time to beat was 1.34.623 so it looks like you beat it anyway
Because its not about beating the time, its’ about beating my best friends time Nonetheless, I will have to do it on the next challenge I guess.
I just tried to look at the leader boards for the event. It says the event is closed. I thought it ended in about 12 hours. I tried to run the event and got the same message.
The final time to beat was 1:34.623. Although the event is closed, it is still Phil’s fastest lap for non-homologated at Hockenheim National. Anyone who added him as a friend can check in free play.
Are we sure the event is over? The post my Snowowl about 6 hours ago says the event ends at midnight PST. It is about 3:30 PST when I’m writing this. From posts I’ve read it looks like the event may have been closed at noon PST. Will Turn 10 start it up again? Will Phil be given time before midnight PST to improve his time? I hope the answer is no to both. However, if someone was planning to do the event tonight they may be upset. I’d wonder why they waited to the last minute though.
Addition: There are other posts from people than Snowowl who should be in the know that say the event ends at midnight PST.

It originally was supposed to close on the 2nd
Still stated that on the actual event in game too
Pretty sure the answer will be No to both your questions though
That’s why people shouldn’t wait till the last minute
If they were they are gonna be disappointed
I only beat him by a nose.

I only beat him by a nose.
What was your time? Mine was 1:34.621 lol I had lost my hope at one point, being only 0.002 ahead of him, but it was enough in the end haha
Ok i beat phil spencers time with a 1:33.446 on the bounty hunter challenge, today is January 3rd, it ended january 2, it states reward cars will be gifted after event closes on January 2nd, why have the cars not been gifted yet? Does anyone know when they will be gifted? Does turn10 even know when they will be gifted?
I am as confused as anyone else on the “early” ending, but if the event is closed, then the time P3 had previously posted would be the cutoff line.
Sometimes it is hard to tell when Turn 10 is talking about an event “through” such-and-such. Half the time they don’t post that the time is Pacific (Standard or Daylight Savings) Time. Makes one wonder sometimes. LOL!

The event is not concluded until midnight tonight, Pacific Standard Time.
Wrong, you said this on Jan 3th, around 9:30am PST (according to forum), so 9,5h after it closed. As it was Midnight Jan 2nd, not midnight Jan 3th. But can understand the confusion as Moderator ManteoMax gave wrong info.

Wrong, you said this at 12:20pm PST on January 3th. Where it closed Jan 2nd (was to see in text that was with Rival Event.

Snowowl is wrong and ManteoMax too (and that for a moderator). Don’t beleave everything that is written on the internet.

I’m not confused as it did not end early. Was very clear in the text what was with the Rival Event. Further PST or PDT, is not hard eather. PDT is from second Sunday in March till first Sunday of November.
So easy to disparage, huh? At least we were attempting to help people, I believe.

The event apparently finished only a couple of hours ago - or at least it was closed off on xbox only in the last couple of hours. I’d give them a couple of days to a week after the event closing to get the cars out to everyone.
Seems to be some confusion over the finishing time but other than that I’d relax and just wait for the message to pop. No panic.
Patience, From previous experience, I’d suspect the cars will be gifted in the next day or two. The longest I’ve seen is about a week.

that bit
it wont be immediately after
be patient
Congratulations to all those who successfully beat Phil’s time. The previous 2 bounty challenges that I have participated in, left me enlightened with knowledge of a particular track, car behavior, and even switching to manual. This challenge not so much, but I will enjoy the prize cars. However I did learn two things from this thread. 1) Comprehensive reading skills by some posters leave a lot to be desired . 2) Turn 10’s inability to properly communicate to the community a definitive closing time for this event.
To those falling short of the time, all I can really say is give it your all next time around. My apologies to those who thought they still had some time left for this challenge. I too posted earlier in this thread that Midnight Pacific time today would be the closing of this event. Based on the past challenges I participated in, 1) being Dan’s 2) being the VIR bounty back in April 2017 on FM6 , that logic seemed safe. Both of those events ended at 12:00 a.m. Pacific time.
