Making light of the current situation, that if Phil were to improve his time there would not be any time left for others to do so. Unlike pass bounty challenges where the bounty gave everyone a few days to beat their final time. I was merely bringing this to the attention of someone who said they finally just beat his current time, and for those being on the cusp of his time to keep pushing.
But Dan left two clear days at the end for other people to beat his time - he did not set his time in anything like the last hour.

I ran a 1:28.5 on an controller. All assists off, manual w/clutch. I expected Phil to drop a time at least sub 1:30.
Do we know what will be the reward car for beating Phil?
I’m tempted to have a go with the controller just to see how much quicker I’d be with it over the time I set with the wheel… But I’ll wait until the event is over then do it, since I’m having a bit of a friendly competition with a team mate and we both used the wheel so to top it with the pad would be dirty.

Seriously? Have you watched Phil’s ghost? I’m not fast by any means, (sitting at a 1:33:something) but Phil is not smooth. He’s not as terrible as some other folks I’ve seen, but he isn’t consistent. He has some turns with good lines, but some with horrible lines.
Also,if you look at the first post (which also has the reward car that you asked about) you can see that he’s only dropped three seconds off his time in the past month. I’ve seen Phil online a few times when I’ve been online and he was playing things other than Forza. I don’t think he’s going to suddenly drop 4 seconds off his time in the next few hours. If he does then he’s been messing with us this whole time.

The first time I tried this event, I ran a 1:35.1. I ran a some laps around new years day and improved my time to a 1:33.792. I tried running with ABS off, traction and stability control off and ran slower. I turned ABS and stability control back on but left traction control off, and ran the 1:33.792. This is my 3rd attempt to beat a bounty rivals event on Forza 7 and finally accomplished it.
Hello guys.
Well basically it’s the title really, I looked every where but I can’t seem to find the Reward for the Hockenheim Rivals Event. I set multiple laps, around 20 clean laps and countless unclean laps, so that shouldn’t be the problem here. It should’ve been in my notifications but there is nothing. I’ve waited over a month so I can finally drive this car and it’s still not here.
It’s the only car at the moment, which makes me want to play this game (in it’s laughable state for a full-priced game right now) at all, so I would really appreciate if someone could help me.
The event is not concluded until midnight tonight, Pacific Standard Time.

I would also like my Porsche 911 RSR now, but i think it takes a couple of days before you receive it unfortunatly.
An easy way to see the time to beat would also be appreciated
According to the Rival description in the game the event is closed: “Reward cars will be gifted after event closes on January 2nd”.

Thank you, I was going to ask what the cutoff time was to post a lap. I have a fairly scruffy lap set where I know I’ve under-driven the car. I was hoping I’d have time after work to clean it up and thankfully I will.
