IndyCar champion Joseph Newgarden was a guest on the September edition of Forza Monthly where he announced a series of Rivals challenges with rewards for participants and those who can beat his leaderboard times.
Navigate to Single Player > Rivals > Featured Events menu to find the "#TEAMJN Bounty Hunter event and set your best time before the deadline. All players will be driving the same rental car provided by the event. Each event will open at 9am Pacific and close at 1pm Pacific.

According to Josef in the livestream “If you’re able to beat my time throughout the challenge then you’re going to get rewarded a custom livery that I got to create with Forza. And even you’re not able to beat the time and you still participated, you will get a race suit which is pretty rare in the game. Each challenge will have a new race suit that is rare to the game that you can acquire just by participating.”
To ‘beat his time’ make sure you set a clean lap so you are ranked above him on the leaderboard when the event closes. You don’t need to follow Josef’s gamertag but doing so will make it easy to see his time in the Friends sorted leaderboard: JNRACERTPX2
