It took me less than 2 minutes…
I currently have 3 xp boards on my map that may never be smashed. Two on buildings where I wasn’t able to find the right approach, and one on a structure that has an obvious approach but after rewinding an attempt over and over for 10+ minutes often just barely missing until the rewind broke I said to heck with that nonsense and moved on.
Edit: And in case you’re specifically inquiring about the board on the resort balcony, I got it in a couple of rewinds from the nearby Danger Sign with a Morgan 3 Wheeler.
