I tried to collect the XP board shown in the pic. It is situated under a bridge and although I hit it and it was destroyed it didn’t register as a hit and is still showing green on the map. I have collected a few XP boards and this is the first that I have found that does this. Can anyone else confirm this happens to them?
So when I went back to play I revisited the board which was now back. I was able to drive into it and it registered so I collected the XP and the map shows it as taken.
Now the question is how to get that one on top of that stack of crates in one of the hangers at the airport…
Go to the top of the hill, drive down the long ramp around 95 - 105 miles per hour, and try to be on he road markings but going off the left hand corner of the jump. Right before the end of the jump release the throttle (tapping the brake just briefly may or may not be necessary, I did) and you should sail right over the crates and hit the board with your wheels.

The one on the overpass is glitched for me too.
The one at the airport you have to go behind the hangar and go up the hill, there’s a big ramp.
For the one that was damaged already, under the bridge, just smash the already broken board and then drive a good mile or so away and then go back and it should be fixed where you can properly smash it and get the xp!
This happened to me on the exact same board. I hit it, it broke and registered, but then I noticed it hadn’t actually synced. I left the area so the board could respawn and came back and broke it and it worked out fine.
There has been one incident for me when a drivatar actually smashed the board before I could get to it. After driving away from the area and returning, it respawned and I was able to grab it. That may be a scenario here.

I have the opposite issue, for the xp board on the crates at the airport, I must have BARELY touched it while trying to hit it. It registered the xp and the board is greyed out on my map, but my progress is still showing that I’m one board short (49/50). Now I’m stuck on 99% for that achievement with no more boards to get. I’ll try going out of the area and seeing if it resets, then try and hit it again…
Took me a while for the one on top of the crates. even nudging it once to move it without breaking it. Finally got it, even though by then night had settled. LOL!
