I just smashed an xp board and it’s still showing in my map. Just one of MANY glitches in your “award winning” game…
Which version of the game? I smash them and they turn grey. Details would really help, if this is an issue for you.

More psycho than hoosier today i see.

There is one specific board beneath the highway near Sisteron that sometimes glitches and smashes only partially not giving you credit until you respawn it and smash it a second time.
