Classical, Industrial, Burned Out, and Derelict Building Mix & Match Kit

Event Lab Creators:

I am sharing my kit of custom-designed classical-industrial building parts and assorted building elements.

They are designed to be mixed and matched to make your own building designs, similar to the carpark elements.

They generally use the same limited palette of elements to give you more control about which other props you can include in your events. You can spend the rest of your material allowance on other things.

But if you want to enhance them, they follow the proportions of other basic wall elements so you can add detail with standard props. Add intermediate columns to divide the exterior wall into bays. Fill in some openings. Add lighting or mechanical pipe runs. Add floors and ramps for interior use.

They can be stacked or tiered for taller, more complex buildings. They can be arranged in a curve to follow a road. It only takes a few minutes to assemble a convincing brick factory building or warehouse.

The picture above shows only some of the parts available or coming. Search with HA62 to see the complete inventory of parts shared to date. Others will follow in batches.

I’m pretty sure I resolved the “Can’t Place Here” issues. But if it happens, these props are forgiving enough to tolerate some overlap. Small deviations will not be noticeable in the final buildings.

I still recommend using basic “slab” parts of matching color where building faces are less visible in your builds.

If you use these in an event, feel free to post that event’s share code here. I’d love to see how they get used.

I expanded the kit to include ruined and burned out components. The windows are based on the double square window (HA62 FAC_OS2) shown, but can also pass for the double arched window (HA62 FAC_OA2).

NEW

Last week I shared a clock tower and a series of commercial storefront bases. They can be used individually or combined with the classical window components for taller commercial or mixed residential buildings. New this week are the same ones with boarded-up/derelict variations.

To top it off, I shared a couple patches of graffiti that you can apply to buildings and my previously shared subway car and freight train car collection.

Recent photos are from Blueprint 584-057-752.

You should now have everything you need to create some great gritty urban and industrial landscapes for your events. Show everyone a side of Horizon Mexico they never knew existed.

Spectacular :smiley::clap:

very nice work!

Very original…

Thanks all. It’s nice to know that these are still appreciated.
I should note that I removed a couple of the less-used industrial prefabs because I needed the limited slots for more recent projects. But most off the set is still available.

Yoo, the level of detail on this is crazy! I love it!

Only just seen this… Simply brilliant work :folded_hands:

I am not judging the props by it’s images. I should give it a try in future EventLabs…

Even though my videogame recreations are serving their purpose more than my original creations
