I’m not whining. I get the car either way so it’s no difference to me. I was all for everyone getting it, but I know how this forum works, there are always two sides and one of them is always complaining at the unfairness of life in the virtual racing world. But in this case they may have bought something they didn’t intend to, and I would have to give them that to a degree.
I’d have bought the PC version instead, as I have an ultrawide setup for games like Fallout. But like I said I might have a chance of an all Chryslus race if everyone gets it!

I’m one of the players that bought Fallout 4 on Xbox just for this reason yes. Sure I’m pissed now but not because all players get the car, it’s a good decision. All players should get VIR as well so Turn 10 can fully integrate it in lobbies and leagues. And that’s coming from someone who bought the Porsche expansion as well.
The reason I’m pissed off is because the November promotion persuaded me to buy Fallout 4 on Xbox, otherwise I would have bought it on the PC since I prefer to play such games with mouse and keyboard. So thanks Turn 10 for another screwup in your awefully poor community communication.

You have to love the English language.
Using Boolean logic, the AND means both… so the statement “Free to all Forza 6 and Fallout 4 players” means you have had to hve played both, otherwise it should have been “or”
Being a math major and computer programmer I just had to throw that out there. 
EDIT: And yes, I did see in the news announcement the word EITHER… I was just referring to the “ad” a little higher on this page…

I haven’t received my code yet. Where is it? I want to drive the car now! (Sarcasm) I know it could be a week before I get the code. I’m just predicting what will happen shortly.
I bought Fallout 4 just for the car and now everybody gets it. This isn’t fair. I want my exclusive content. I think all the unicorns should be given to everyone then. (More sarcasm)

I did buy Fallout 4 but not for the car. I didn’t know about the car when I bought Fallout 4. I just like the Fallout series. I have no objection with the car being given to everyone. In fact, I’m glad it is given to everyone. I am not a fan of locked content.
I do agree with the English language being a bit odd. However, a clearer message would have read “Free to all Forza 6 players and Fallout 4 players.”
I am a little confused at why Fallout 4 players are being given a code. Will I get two? I guess if the Fallout 4 players buy Forza 6 in the future they can get the car. I guess Turn 10 could be trying to get people to buy Forza 6. I’m not sure how many people that play Fallout 4 would buy Forza 6 just because of the car. (There is some more sarcasm in the last couple of sentences.)

This “or” is really misplaced. If we need an “or” it is in players who bought Forza 6 “or” the Porsche expansion will be able to play on VIR. That is the only place we really need an “or”.
I still can’t believe it the Chryslus Rocket is actually coming, and just when I thought it wouldn’t since there was no news about it til now; but still, I think it’s great that everyone will be getting this, whether Forza 6 players have their copy of Fallout 4 on PC or Xbox.
Until my code arrives, I shall be waiting, with popcorn made, ready to read all the anger posts regarding this news.

As the first car not imprinted off an actual car to grace the garages of the game, I like the fact that its delivery was not limited to Fallout 4 owners, as was previously announced. And with the introduction of a fictional car, it’s debut opens up the possibility of some fictional tracks being added to the game as well. It will be cool too if in addition to this fanciful car a car created by T10 that embodies their version of what a race car should be is introduced later on as well.
There already are fictional tracks

Just noticed that these codes are being sent out. I would have played Fallout anyway, so having a unique Fallout car available to drive in Forza is really a nice little bonus.
I know some folks think it’s wrong to have a driveable, fictional car added to Forza. But, I personally don’t see it being a problem.
I wouldn’t read anything into it either ( more fictional cars or tracks, etc) since this was just a marketing promotion.
I can’t wait to try and figure out its setup and what it compares to.

The problem with fictional cars is that they aren’t bound by any constraints except the ones that a developer arbitrarily decides on. HP, weight, size, drag, are whatever fantasy numbers someone wants them to be. One fantasy car is no big deal, T10 isn’t going to make some monster lb car that ruins the game. But if you have 10 or 15 of them, you are starting to have F-Zero or Speed Racer, not Forza for a game. And once you have set the precedent, who knows what happens next.
