As usual people supporting the game on a matter have to act and talk to people who don’t in a poor + smug manner like this.
And for the record I’m also glad to see them, anything that’s not been seen in the series before is a good addition for me.

It’s simple economics, no conspiracy.
And I don’t even mind it. The NIO and both MGs seem like fun cars.

I like the fact we are getting these cars, cant wait to try them out and see what upgrades can give them, I like to swap out the engines for way more power than is normally available in them lol
Upgrades haha, the only thing you will see is probably forza aero front bumper and rear spoiler and an engine swap 1.6 rally engine for the Chinese cars, Like the majority of new cars brought to the forza horizon games no actual thought for visual mods unless they have been in previous titles and even then a lot get left out or have the same faults as previous game it came from.
Most of the cars from this pack aren’t really my taste, but then there are hundreds of cars available for me to enjoy in Horizon, and more coming. They’re obviously not free to create, so PG must be adding them because players want them.
China has a population greater than vast swathes of the world combined, and that gaming base deserves to be represented as surely as any other. I live in Australia and there are half a dozen or so local cars currently in game (and twice that number in FM7); China has >50 times Australia’s population, so I think it’s totally reasonable those players would expect to be provided at least a handful of cars.
From a mercenary perspective, more sales in China means more money for PG means more game development. Everybody wins.
I say the more, the merrier.

Yeah till they start dropping a majority of major brands like Landrover and change them to Chinese companies like Zotye who rip off Range Rovers.
That’s the biggest problem with the Chinese car market the fake cars.
