Changing colors in the rented cars

Anyone knows if it’s possible to change the colors in the rented cars in free play?
In Forza 4 that was possible but in this game I can’t see that option.

it should be available after you select the car as far as I know, at least that’s ow it works in Rivals. I tend not to rent cars in free play because you get no credits or XP for using them

Yes in the Rivals mode we can change the colors of the rented cars but in Free Play mode we can’t unfortunately, I hope Turn 10 fix this soon.
I like to play in free mode with rented cars because some are to expensive or are blocked to buy them.

I agree with this, it’s something I wish they’d bring back as I loved it pre-FM5.

Yeah this doesn’t happen when you rent a car in Free Play. There is currently no way to choose the colour of a rented car in Free Play, unfortunately.

Thanks for clearing that up :0) Shows how much I know eh? Should just keep me trap shut… Still value my XP and credits too much to use rentals though ;0)

Yes I loved this feature in Forza 4. I’ve been requesting it return since Forza 5 (and all games since) omitted it. I would love it if you could select the colour of a rental car.

The last Forza I played was the Forza 4 and it have that option now I miss it a lot.
I don’t understand why Turn 10 change that ?!?
It’s a easy fix because we can change the colors of the rented cars in Rivals mode!
