The Lotus Esprit sounds nothing like what it does in real life. It sounds like it has an American V8. Please fix.
Yes, the sound is totally wrong, it’s supposed the sound like a 4 cylinder engine since it has a 180 degree flat plane crankshaft which turns a v8 into 2 parallel 4 cylinder engine and changing the sound to a 4 cylinder like sound.
The strange thing is that they got the sound right with the Elise GT1 which in road car form has the same engine as the V8 Esprit, they should copy the soundfile from the Elise GT1 to the Esprit V8.
The Esprit had the correct sound in FH4 aswell, so i don’t know why they messed up like this in FH5.

The readded Esprit V8 in FH5 has a completely inaccurate engine sound, it uses a generic American esque V8 when in reality, because it’s a flat-plane crank it should sound more like a 4-cylinder engine, similar to the TVR Cerbera. Please fix this as it is very off putting.
