Something that I have found while driving the SC63 through driving in the cockpit view, is that the drivers arm can very clearly be seen clipping through the cars interior model.
This can be viewed by driving the new SC63, stopping in place and rotating the steering and observing the drivers arms. This can also be seen in other third person views but is most noticeable in the cockpit view.
Looking back between the Cadillac V-Series hypercar and the SC63, it appears that the driver sits much lower in the Cadillac and the drivers arms appear much lower in the cockpit view (since the camera stays the same height) to seemingly avoid this issue. So the issue could be that the driver model in the SC63 sits too high in the car and needs to sit lower in the car instead like the Cadillac.
EDIT: My cockpit FOV sits at around 54, but this is still noticeable at lower values as well.

I noticed that when playing with the “cockpit” camera, the pilot’s arms go through the interior of the car, both the center console and the driver’s door lining, and in low-speed turns, when turning the steering wheel all the way, the pilot’s arm creates a bug, where the arms are not attached to any part of the pilot’s body.
