Since the new car pass cars have come out, every time I try to collect them it keeps saying "this car will be released on 24/01/2019?

Is anyone else having this issue, If so how do I fix this?

i have the same issue as well as my credits from the forza hub haven’t shown up yet. I tried restarting my xbox twice and still the same message.

Your best bet is to raise a support ticket, the devs might know of other possible workarounds when that doesn’t work.

I had it for a while and just closed the game and it worked. The time before that I had to re-download the car pass. Not too sure how to fix this one.

Every time I try to get the NSX R it keeps saying not released till 24/01/2019. It’s now the 27/01/2019 and I have ultimate edition.
I’ve even hard reset my Xbox but still nothing I’m online so what’s the problem. I’ve had minor issues since day one and it’s now getting me to the point where Im playing less than once a fortnight as it’s getting too buggy.

Nothing? Not sure what you’re asking, you have access to all of the cars.

If this is happening only for the car pass cars unlocking today (they are unlocked at 3:30PM UK time, 7:30AM pacific), Quit and restart the game.

If this is showing for previously released car pass cars, try re-installing car pass.

I’ve done all of that, still nothing. The latest update finally gave me to the two previous week’s worth, but yeah… nothing this week.

Still not able to use the cars that I paid for, kind of disappointing. Don’t want to go on any bold assumptions and be agro at the devs but this is really starting to be a petty attempt at trying to make sure the game stays alive. Why can’t we just have them all each month? Better yet why not just release the cars when they’re supposed to released? Not that difficult.
