Cant unlock 4th Festival!

Hello,

I have gone back to playing Forza Horizon 3 to get all the achivements. I have unlocked 3 out of 4 Festival sites (Last one left being Yarra Valley) but I cannot unlock it. I have around 18 million fans & completed all showcase events a while back.

How do I get it to unlock the last area?

I think you need about 20 or 25 mil fans to activate the last festival site. You’ve completed the showcase events as these are the ones available, new ones appear later. You need to keep doing races and gaining fans
