Impossible to unlock the Yarra Festival Site. Glitch?

I’ve reached the maximum amount of fans (25+mill’s) long ago. I have an overall completition at 55% on the game. The game and that Kiera character constantly tells me to expand a festival, but I can’t do that since the other three are already expanded to their top level (5).

I had an opportunity to unlock the Yarra festival site in the beginning of the campaign, but on my way over there I did an event, after the event I couldn’t access that part of the map any longer, and haven’t since.

It’s like the game think I’ve opened the Yarra festival site when I actually haven’t. It can’t supposed to be like this right? Gotta be something wrong?

Edit: Hahaha! Lols. Found it! I gotta be the stupidiest man at the festival. I think it was there all the time, I just didn’t see it. I should try play video games sober sometime, I might like it.

I went to unlock the yarra festival site and when it told me to set the route for the festival it never showed up and i tried to set waypoints where i know the site should have been and then I was stuck there not being able to exit or do anything but quit the game, now whenever i try to exit the byron bay festival, a blank white rectangle shows up and the only thing i can do it try and press A to “unlock new festival” but when i press A it does absolutely nothing and I cannot exit or drive or play the game at all. This is outrageous I spend $100 on this game and I cant even play it, thanks alot
