Can't play on my new Series S?

I’ve bought my new series S (Japan version). All save data & add-ons are transfer from my ONE X. everything download in my XSS successfully.

Then, I can open the H4 and enjoy the opening music “A moment Apart”. Press A button to start game…STUCK on this loading page forever~~~~~

Tried many times and change my location to different countries. STUCK.
quit the H4 and reopen many times, not works. STUCK.
sign-out the xbox account and open the game, it will showing up the sign-in require window and then I did sign-in and press A to start game, STUCK loading page hahahahaha
Quit the H4 game and restart the XBOX many times. and reopen the H4 game, STUCK.

BUT, other games are working as normal. included: MEGA MAN 11, CUPHEAD, HALO 5


Anyone else has the same issue on your Series S ???

One more thing. I’ve already try to uninstall the whole game. and then reinstall the H4 game only at first, try to open to play, but still STUCK… then go to intall all other Add-ons and VIP… reopen the game, STUCK…

I solve my problem by meself today!!! hahaha

Because my account save data didn’t completely synchronize from my old DEVICE (one X). I’ve sold it to someone else online. but I’ve try to contact with that guy and asking for help. I told him to do this; login my account on that XBOX again. and try to update my account data. like as buy a new car, run a race…etc. Done. BUT remember don’t log out right away. because the data sync to the server take times. especially between different countries.

Almost 1 hour later, My newest data finally uploaded completely to the cloud. then I can login to my new XSS to start the game. after it sync my newest data from the cloud. I enter my game finally!!! So my problem has solved by now. My infinity loop issue just because I didn’t keep the old XBOX power on and let it upload to the cloud completely before I mail it to the new buyer.

BTW, if the data from the old device didn’t sync completely, and you trying to sync the game data on your new device. there’s a window pop out (try again / sync the last game data on the cloud already). NEVER CHOOSE THE SECOND OPTION!!! keep press the “try again” button to keep the game to sync your newest data.
