C-West Kits - R34 Skyline

It sucks that the r34 has had the same customization since the original Forza Motorsport it needs some love. I find it confusing that we don’t at least have the c-west kit already since it was in Forza Motorsport 6 as the a fast and furious edition

I wish the C-west N1 kit was in the game. Very famous bodykit known especially for being featured in 2 Fast 2 Furious. Paul Walker’s personal R34 had it too.

they don’t even have to scan the car to make this kit, it’s already there on the deformed model

Oh, rightz it was in Forza already! Then the only thing stopping them from adding it is the drumroll licensing

Clearly it’s not licensing that’s the issue, because we have things in FH5 like the CR-X bodykits which are incomplete and have wrong manufacturers assigned to them, smiliar stuff with the S13 Origin Lab kits that are actually made by Vertex, or the unlicensed Blitz parts on the mk4 Supra, or the incomplete JUN kit on the R34, or the unlicensed and incomplete DoLuck kit on the R32, or actually every single bodykit on every deformed car model in the game

the only issue is that the devs dont plan on improving customization on existing cars at all

Unfortunately. The only time we ever did get new customization for existing cars in an update was in FH5, with the 2010 VW Golf R getting the APR Racing widebody & wing, as well as the ADRO with the widebody kit for the Hyundai Veloster N. After that, we got Rocket Bunny back as “new” content, and haven’t seen any new customization since. I’d rather see Playground Games focus more on existing cars and adding new customization/remodeling older cars, instead of getting new cars every (other) month, but that’s just me.

please…

I’ve just noticed it and am I seeing it right? Isn’t the F&F FH2/FM6 Skyline slightly wider than the base R34?

Could be. It’s scanned/modeled later than the standard R34. Should be more accurate too then. Which makes me wonder how difficult it is to rebuild the 2F2F R34 to a stock model and replace the stock R34 in the game?

Look at the lights, they’re exactly the same as on the FM1-FH5 R34 model. It’s like this model’s signature

A post was split to a new topic: HRE 446 Rims

I’m not the biggest fan of the R34’s current customization, so it would be very cool to have that C-West kit in FH5

I’m in here only to vote for this. I feel like this whole voting thing is a joke when it comes to car parts. How many votes is needed to get it in the game? Thousands? Millions? Why cant they just add more customizations instead of new cars all the time…

Honestly, there is a brand parts category tab, but it seems to be a meaningless tab. The developers are not interested in this tab at all. They are only focused on adding new cars.

Replace “models” and “cars” with “customisation options” and you have your answer.

The “current” R34 Skyline in game is way past its expiration date due to how terrible and inaccurate its car model has been in FORZA.

Actual car first - then we figure customization second IMHO. No point in having body kits if licensed car models are artistically and accurately respected.

Yet they’ve added extra Rims and Bodykits in past updates.

Some like my Vorsteiner suggestion got a big update and we’ve seen some smaller additions from bodykit brands like Maxton Design and Robot Craftsman on the Wuling Mini EV.

BBS, HRE, Advan, Modulare, ADV and Rotiform have also seen expansions to their roster of ingame rim options and many of those have been requested here.

It’s always going to be harder to get Bodykits as not only do you need a License for the kit but you need approval from the manufacturer to feature it on their model.
