Blizzard Mountain problem. Help appreciated! ((UPDATE))

Whats up guys.
I jumped on FH3 to do some driving in Blizzard Mountain. (or that was what i hoped atleast)
Firstly i had to update FH3 like 1.5gb, took quite a while just that (bad internet). And then the Blizzard Mountain installation ofc of about 3.6gb which took years.
So i finished that installation tho after some time just to jump in the game and have it said to me that i still have to buy it??
I bought the expansion pass already so it says installed when i check it in the store.
I dont know what’s wrong but maybe some of guys know it and if so i would really appreciate some help on this.

UPDATE: Last week I did a reinstall of the blizzard mountain and the expansion pass just to be sure. So i got it working that day.
However, today i was going on and played some FH3 and i was gonna check in on BM again, but it wont let me. I got the same error again now that it says i have to buy it??

Try hard resetting/ cold booting your console

How many festivals have you unlocked? You have to progress a stupid amount just to access the DLC

Did you pull the power cable when you hard reset

Also double check it in fact installed by going to manage game for fh3

i did not pull the power cable. I did that hold in the power button until it shuts off thing.

Everything in the manage game section is installed.

I did a hard reset now and pulled the power cable after it shut off aswell…still nothing…

It cant be cause it isnt the home xbox right? Because we only have one XONE in our house.

Clear the “persistent storage”, go offline, take the batteries out of your controller after you pull the plug when you hard reset your Xbox and be sure to wait the usual five minutes (for the “power cycle”). Put the batteries back in, plug the console back in, and make sure you’re offline when it boots back up, THEN check to see if everything is installed. Most of the issues I encounter with all Forza games are network related, that’s why I say go offline before hard resetting.

Did all the above. Im signed in, my xbox is offline and i still have everything installed.

Edit: so is it good to start now and check if i have it?

I’m level 5 on all three except the outback one where i’m level 4

Something is bugged or not right because it doesn’t make sense. You are progressed further in the game than me. You have all festivals but one at level 5 whereas I only have one at level 5 and I got the message to “travel to Blizzard Mountain” ages ago, yet I don’t own BM. An icon appeared near the outback airstrip. Do you see that on your map?

Yea i have that icon at the airstrip. But it says that i have to buy it

This happened to me earlier but with my car passes. I was trying to design a DLC car and it gave me a prompt to purchase it. I tried ones from different packs with same result.

I just deleted all of my addons and reinstalled them. Before I booted the game, I did a full shutdown and waited a couple of minutes. I booted everything back up and started the game. Everything seems OK so far.

As much as a pain as it is, I would do a another reinstall.

Okay, yea. It will take some time.

But it seems like the last option to get it working so i’ll have to do it.
Snow skids aswell as the cars makes it worth it.

Just saw one of your earlier posts

It shouldnt matter about it being your “home” console but if you are using it offline DLC wont work properly unless it is your “home” console

Is there any reason why you cant set ot as your home
