Something i feel that has been missing for a while is ballast, and the ability to fine tune the mass (and therefore performance index) of vehicles.
I like the tuning aspect of cars and ive lost count of the number if times I’ve been 1 or 2 points over a class. If we could add mass to a vehicle and bring the performance index down, it would be a game changer.
Also a nice to have would be changing corner weights for suspension to understand weight distribution on suspension. More difficult to model and implement but more realistic
To add on to this, would be great to have finer control of weight reduction. Like instead of just having something like -80lbs, -300lbs, -600lbs we could decrease it in something like 10-20 pound increments.
I’m absolutely with you, and the ability to reduce the enginge output would be great, like in real world.

This would be fantastic. It’s always so stupid when I have to look for the heaviest rims and other stuff to apply to the car, just so I can add some weight to it.
I asked for this exact thing to be voted on. Look it up under weight reduction. I asked for 1point increments.

A: We’ve introduced a ballast adjustment. This part can be adjusted in levels with each adding 2.5% of the car’s base weight to the car.
As far as I can tell the if your car isn’t 50/50 weight balance to begin with then when you add ballast it makes it closer to 50/50 the more you add… then a simple weight reduction and you have same weight car but much easier to handle.
