Autumn season #Forzathon Shop, new cars, events and rewards through February 28

Please don’t tell me that the only way to get the Z32 is to do some championship that I don’t have time for.

Hi there,

Is this exclusive Delta the Delta 1992 HF ?

Thanks  !

I think I allready drove 100miles and tried 1000 different things I found in this forum other people do when they have this problem.
What can I do to make this FH4 count the miles I drive with the XJ220… because nothing work

but it doesn’t count, so I can’t finish this week

looks like is a well known bug allready reported month ago, this happen always to a amount of people, maybe this “drive x miles” should be fixed before it takes part in the weekly forzathon.

has anybody a solution?

I assume you already tried a hard shut off, rebooted the game and already beat the 3 dirt trail races that appear before the 20 mile drive. Its pretty weird this issue seems so prevalent.

Get this, you have to set the game to 30fps in graphics options and it then works. No kidding, I logged the same thing with support.

I tried the 30FPS yesterday and it didn’t helped, but now I found out what to do, because there is more I had to switch.

  • set to 30 FPS
  • set to Fullscreen (I was in window mode before)
  • VSynch off (I had VSynch on before)

and then it worked fine…
weekly forzathon challenge complete

^^ Yes.

Finally found a team that was able to win “dirt locker” and about 20 feet from the finish line on the very last race it says disconnected from server. To be robbed like that after so much time spent trying to win has me in a rage. Unbelievable. What is WRONG with these servers the past week or so?

Well for those who are working on the current Autumn games, I would like to make a comment to those that enter. If you start, don’t quit. I am getting tired of quitters leaving me holding the bag. At this rate the aggravation of being continually put on teams where the others quit is getting old real fast. Not fair when it is five or six against one. I will never get the boneshaker at this rate.

Well, you can’t expect others to keep playing when they know they’re gonna lose. And it’s not really their fault because PG is the one to be blamed for it. Those Playground Games are boring and repetitive to begin with and locking cars behind them just makes it 10x worse.

Except no cars have been locked behind them. Both cars so far have been available in other ways, and will probably be available again in the future, not even mentioning the auction house.

Seasonal Playground games ensure with almost 100% certainty that anyone willing to enter will win the vehicle. You have a 50% chance at getting the vehicle each time you enter (and the more skilled you are as a player you just increase your odds, but the converse applies as well). Tips to save you aggravation:

  1. If you start with less people, just quit and start searching for a new match. Especially if you see people on your team with stock RWD tunes that are less than A800. Why even try to start an uphill battle? If you see a C-Class tune those people aren’t even going to contribute and will probably end up quitting (so be happy if they are on the opponents team).
  2. If you lose 3 rounds just quit because the other team already won, and no point in dragging things out for either team.
  3. The instant an entire other team quits you win the entire series. My opponents all quit before the 2nd round even ended so I won the car in about 7 minutes. If you want to “encourage” the other team to quit/leave, just start spamming “Good Game” or “GAME OVER YEAHHHHHH” in the quick chat once you have a lead. Not exactly good sportsmanship, but if you want every edge you can get and as quick a win as possible… there is no better way to get opponents to quit than adding salt to the wound.
  4. And for goodness sakes bring an AWD A800 rally tuned vehicle… its a 4x4 mudkicker map… If you need a tune use my Buick Regal EZ Season Win…

Works both ways. Just same odds other teams will quit. If always your team quitting, potential reflection on that?

As somebody who has quit (and wont return). Why would I waste an hour doing five rounds of these for a guaranteed, or at least high probability loss? It is too much, not fun and when you got nightcrawler teleporting all around, makes it even less tolerable.

The Festival Scramble race to get the Regalia is a fun track but the check point placement is absolutely terrible. There are several corners where there is no indication that you need to turn.

Custom tracks definitely are refreshing, but the route creator community is pretty quiet. Hopefully next route comp we can work with and get more of a group discussion started and get even better tracks!

Side note of self promotion, my siggie link goes to the forum thread for my community challenge submissions if you want some more custom route racing.

I did win a dirt rally race in my Jag XJ220 and I didn’t get credit for it in my tracker for Forzathon. [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D]? I guess I won’t be getting 200 easy FTP this week. The description is weird too. It says “Dirt Trail Events” even though in the map and My Horizon Life they are referred to as “Dirt Racing Series.” I don’t want to buy extra upgrades to race this car offroad when I have it tuned for track and asphalt. Good job Turn 10.

For those who like to download Tunes for the Season-Races:

I made Tunes for the most cars you can use this season, with all the season tunes I won the season-races against unbeatable.

I am tuner level 6, maybe check out my other tunes to, all tunes are proofed against unbeatable in races.

Okay so I figured out the Dirt Trail requirement. It’s because you have to do the Point to Point races and not the circuit ones. Wish that had of been clairified. The only way to know is to rollover the icon and it says “trail” there.

I really hope there’s some sort of editing for quality for future custom routes in community events.

First race for the Quartz, the gates are tiny. It was a good course, but the small gates made it less fun than it should be. Second race, there weren’t enough gates so I had no idea where I was supposed to go much of the time. Awful. Only playable thanks to rewind.

There is a bit of drama to what happened with community challenge 2. I hope it doesn’t turn you off of them. I hope to inspire and help other route creators, if you want to try more though, the link to my page in the forum here where I share all my tracks is my signature. They are all tracks I had submitted for the community challenges, so if you want to try some vetted and tested courses, I am looking for more people to try and give feedback. I think the loss of community challenges would be a major loss to forzathon. Fresh weekly tracks should be the highlight, not a disappointment.

The ones I submitted and shared for Series 6 autumn, I highly recommend trying “Town and Country” which is designed to capitalize on fun C class car racing.
