So i purchased all of the new free car packs today, (like everyone here!), and the cars won’t finish downloading in the garage so i can purchase them in game. 
Has anyone else had this problem? I really want to take the 15 'Stang for a spin, but cant…
I have reset home connection, hard and soft reset of my xbox 1 and left the game running for hours, but still no dice. I don’t know what else to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Same problem. Anyone who’s solved this, please share. Have deleted, uninstalled, redownloaded etc. The latest dlc get’s stuck between 0% - 12% since yesterday.
Had the same problem, takes a minute but you need to uninstall the Forza 5 disc, nothing else, and re-install it. I have an external 3TB HDD so it didn’t take ALL day, maybe 1-2 hours tops to fully install, and could play with any car once I clicked on it, because it overrides the system to download the car you select, round 45% or so when I tried it. Doesn’t matter if it’s in stanby or not, but only delete and re-install the Forza 5 game itself, nothing else. If you did delete ANY DLC, redownload that first, override the Forza 5 install if needed and just wait cause if you don’t have an external HDD it could take 5+ hours, internal HDD is SOOOOoo slow compared to my WD My Book. Thats what worked for me, hope it helps.

Thank you all for your advice, problem solved.
Re-Install worked fine (if it didn’t take forever) and I don’t seem to of lost anything (cars, money etc.).
I’ve also fixed my issue getting onto the Multiplayer on-line section. It was a simple Firmware update on my Router.

What if the game is a digital download. My forza 5 came is a bundle. Same issue.
