In the first CarSelection screen (Honda, Subaru, Ford) she was talking about the wrong car.
Selected Subaru she was talking about the Ford and so on.

I had the same issue.
I took the Subaru and she was talking about the Ford.
Also German Language and XBOX Series X.
Same problem.
Choosed subaru. Text was about Subaru. Audio about Ford.
On Series X. German.
In the beginning of the game - you can choose between 3 Cars to enter the first cup.
I have chosen the Subaru but the voice talked about the Ford Mustang.
Same happened in the beginning of a race.
First Race was Indianapolis, second track was spa and the voice talked again about Indianapolis.
Same here. Somewhat funny though. 
Same on PC in german language
This happened to me on Series X and Portuguese language.

Wrong track description does happen often too.
Add Spanish (Mexico) to the list. Choosing the Subaru prompted the voiceover of the Mustang and viceversa. Civic was fine though.
