When in the auction house, after selecting a vehicle to view, screen goes black with the perpetual spinning circle in bottom right corner, which crashes the game requiring a hard “Quit” from the Home menu & restart. (XSX)
Additional bug when viewing a vehicle with a design in which the design does not show & it defaults to the stock color or is grayed out.
Yes, me also. I’ve had exactly the same issue when reclaiming a vehicle unsold from the auctionhouse.
My short term solution is removing Forza Horizon 5 from Quick Resume on the 'Games & Apps menu on the main X-box Series S home-screen then going back into Forza Horizon 5.
I don’t have any Auction-house problems when playing FH5 on the Xbox ONE S because ‘Quick Resume’ isn’t an option (thankfully).
I recently sold a car in FH5 auction but every time I have tried to collect the credits all I get is the black loading screen and nothing loads, so I have to go back to my Xbox dash to escape the game, also a car that didn’t sell in auction I can’t collect back, just the same black loading screen and nothing else!?, can someone plz help me!?
This has been happening to me for over a week. I have cleared the cache, also reset my router, multiple times, and had to quit the game from the Xbox menu every single time, and I’m only allowed to occasionally retrieve money or cars by going to the auction house, clicking auction alerts, and then I can again occasionally retrieve money or cars there, but not by going through my auctions ever.
I am having the same issue. Does anyone know when it will be fixed? Thank you.

And it continues to be a problem for me as well. Went in last night to view one of my sold auctions & it locked up. Hopefully it will get addressed soon.

But only affects me on Series X.
Playing on One S I don’t have any problem.
I can’t collect my money from the auction house because it gets stuck in a loading screen PLEASE HELP ME NO ONE HELPS ME
I have several cars left in my auctions that could be retrieved or gifted, when selecting the car it black screens and spins for several minutes, I then had to shut down and relaunch the game. I have noticed that by just hovering over the car without selecting and choosing “Y” for Auction Options you are able to retrieve without issue. Just an fyi for those having the same problems.
Try just hovering over the sold car and hitting “Y” for Auction Options, then select collect Credits. It worked for me on the cars I didn’t sell.
That worked to reclaim cars, thanks… I also had the same issue BUYING cars… ”Y” worked a treat!

I am having this problem now too. I play on Series S. I have 20 mil I am tring to claim from selling my Porsche Mission R and I can’t get my money from the auction.

the recent gifted car . (Idk now at the time i was listing a gifted car) on auction house.
any times i try to re claim it . it will soft crash the game.
