Auctions: after selecting a car to buy FH5 just "freeze" in a black screen and die

Everything running as expected in the console, but FH5 auctions.

Already done all that stuff of reset, clean, turn on, turn off etc. It is really a bug, for the last 3 days.

I try to buy a car, to achieve the PlayList Festival Forzathon daily challenge. The car is a Porsche 918 Spyder (required to daily achievement). After selecting the car, in the list of cars to buy, at auctions, the screens gets black, just that “progress indicator” in the right bottom corner is “rolling” and nothing happens. I have already waited for more than 15 minutes and nothing. I have been trying this for the last 2 days and the problem remains.

Please correct the bug. All that “default orientations to solve problems” I have already done. It is really bugged, unfortunately. :frowning:

As we have time to achieve the challenges, please, correct the bug in a way I can get my @forzathon points.

@cgf2023 Is it possible to press the Y button and then select from the menu?

I am currently having the same problem, when in auction house to view a car. Then game does not reset, even when switching off and restarting and exiting game as soon as I return into the gam it shows me the startup screen then returns to the black screen with loading circle. But all my other games on the series s works 100% fine.

Please advise what I can do.

I just thought it was me but apparently this is an ongoing bug and it’s aggravating, I’m trying to claim 6+ million in auction and I’m given the wheel. Forza needs to fix this ASAP
